  1. What are your hours of business?

    I am available to answer texts 7am-5pm EST. I am a mom too and things can get a little chaotic around here - my goal is to answer same day if you text within these hours. Off hours, text messaging is still available, but I may not be able to answer until the following day!

  2. How does billing work?

    Once you sign up, I will send you an invoice for the initial consult. If you choose to continue the text support, Stripe will automatically charge you every month or every 4 months (whichever plan you choose!). You can cancel anytime, no strings attached!

  3. What happens if I can’t answer a question?

    If I don’t have an answer or do not feel comfortable providing one, I will let you know! This is not a tele-health or medical services and does not replace your pediatrician visits.

  4. Can you be my pediatric provider?

    As happy as I would be to take care of your little one, I am here to simply guide and support you. This is not medical advice! I cannot provide a thorough history and physical exam virtually and don’t have the tools to accurately diagnose and prescribe treatment.
