I’ M MARIE!
I began posting on social media in December 2023, while I was taking time away from my work as a licensed nurse practitioner, during my maternity leave with my daughter. The response from parents looking for practical help was incredible, and I quickly recognized that the standard 15-minute appointment with my patients was limited to a medical discussion and did not provide the time or the setting to have a parent-to-parent discussion of all of the practical strategies I was implementing at home with her.
Driven by a passion for supporting families, I created this website to provide practical tips for parents and evidence-based guidance. From infant sleep and introducing solids to car seat safety and breastfeeding, my goal is to help parents navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence and ease.
Additionally, I am currently training to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), enhancing my ability to provide specialized guidance in breastfeeding and infant nutrition.
