Jacob’s Hummus

1 can of chickpeas, drained not rinsed

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup tahini

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt to taste (don’t be shy!)

Add all ingredients to blender and mix! Then top with zaatar seasoning and flaky sea salt! Enjoy!
